What size churches do you work with?

We work with churches of all sizes whether start-ups or churches of several thousand members. Rather than classify our clients by their membership, it is easier to categorize them by the types of services that we provide them. The types of client we serve usually fall into two categories:

Product Clients. These are clients that come to us because they want a specific product that we sell, i.e. postcards, worship guide shells, logo. They know what they want when they call and they often call us several times a year for the same product.

Identity/Branding Clients. These are clients that are in a critical life stage and want us to help them develop an identity or brand that reflects their current organizational culture and ministries. We then determine where they are, explore where they want to go and then create a plan to help them get there.

How do we start a project?

Call today for a free phone consultation or request information through our Contact Us page on this website. Once we understand the needs of your church we will provide you a Project Quote reflecting the costs of your project. Before we start your project, we request you submit: 1) a signed Project Quote, 2) your initial payment (see payment terms).

Will we receive proofs before the project is completed?

Absolutely. We will email you PDF (Adobe Acrobat) proofs at every stage of the process. According to your feedback, we will then make changes to your project.

How do we approve our project?

You will be provided a Project Approval email that you will send back to us as an indication of your approval of the project.

How much will my project cost?

We have standardized pricing that we make available for many of our standard postcards, worship guide shells and newsletter shells. The cost varies depending on the types and quantities of projects you are producing. For other solutions we may need to provide a custom quote based on the needs of your church. Most importantly, we will always provide you a Project Quote before you make any commitment to work with us.

What is the typical turnaround time?

The amount of time varies depending on the project your church is producing. Sometimes we can start and finish a project in a week. But generally, you should allow several weeks for custom-designed materials. If you need us to rush a project for an occasion let us know and we will work with you to get the job out on time. Can you help us mail our postcards?

Yes. We can provide your church a turnkey solution. We can help you decide when and where to mail your postcards to achieve maximum impact. Once your postcards are designed and printed we will either ship them to the mail service of your choice or to one of our preferred providers.

What are the terms of payment?

Typically, our terms are 50% of the project cost in advance with the balance due upon completion. In addition to checks, we also accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, PayPal, and Google Checkout.

Do you work with businesses?
